Since the concept of teacher identity has entered into our country,researchers in educational research field have consciously extended to the theory of identity.In spite of this,systematic research on the status of teachers is not a matter of decades.With the development of current education and teachers in the direction of specialization,all countries have begun to pay attention to the research on the status of teachers in this profession.The education field in our country is also affected by this situation.The research on the status of teachers has gradually become a hot topic.As we all know,the language subject is the mother of encyclopedia,the teaching of Chinese subject and the quality of Chinese teachers are important parameters to measure the quality of education and teaching in a region.Especially in the high school Chinese stage,language teachers play an extremely important role.Language teachers not only shoulder the heavy responsibility of going to school,but also bear the humanistic accomplishments and the spiritual quality shaping of students.Research on the identity of high school language teachers is conducive to high school language teachers to better understand their own professional roles and play greater public value and self-worth.In Hunan Province,the Chinese language education environment,the social transformation of the new value of the concept of increasingly in-depth,affecting the high school language teacher's inherent way of living and practice.Language teachers in high schools live in a constantly changing and big teaching environment,so it is clear who "who I am" and "what kind of teacher I will be" can help high school language teachers better understand as a high school language Teachers' special value and significance.From the perspective of identity recognition of high school language teachers in our country,taking Hunan high school language teachers as the research object,this paper studies the characteristics of identity recognition of high school Chinese teachers in Hunan province,such as the identity recognition fuzzy and identity crisis highlighting,combing the high school language teachers in Hunan Province The evolution of identity,and the analysis of the factors that influence the identity of language teachers in Hunan high schools,that is,the main factors of the regional factors,social changes and student development in Hunan Province.Aiming at the problems that have appeared or are about to emerge,this paper reconstructs the identity of Hunan high school teachers from the three main dimensions of individual teachers,school management and state education policy in the light of the special circumstances of Hunan Province,in order to promote the high school Chinese teachers in Hunan Province Identity,to promote their professional development.
