With the continuous development of table tennis,rules are constantly updating.In 2016,the International Table Tennis Federation adopted a proposal to increase the tennis net.The implementation of this new rule is bound to have a certain impact on table tennis.At present,the rule has not been formally implemented.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the changes brought about by the increase of the tennis net.Using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,experiment and video observation,this paper analyses the number,displacement,running speed and running track of the forehand attack of 20 national two table tennis players in Southwest Jiao Tong University and Chengdu Sports University.The following conclusions are drawn.:(1)the number of table tennis rounds will gradually decrease as the height of the ball net increases gradually.The fitting equations of the number of forehand attack rounds and the height of the net are obtained by experiments: y =-1.06 x + 75.027(y is the number of forehand attack rounds,and x is the net height).(2)at different network heights,the displacement of table tennis is also different,the proportion of the ball falling in the [0,60)interval is basically the same,there is no larger change,in the [60,75)interval,the trend is gradually decreasing,in the [75,90)interval,there is a small amplitude fluctuation,in the [90,105),the proportion is the most in the interval.In the high [105,120)area,the proportion of the net increases gradually.(3)it is found that there is no significant difference in the speed of table tennis when the height of the ball net is before 17 cm.When the height of the net is after17 cm,the ball speed has obvious difference,which shows a more obvious decreasing trend.(4)with the increase of network height,the trend of the slope of the fitting curve of the forehand attack is more obvious.The higher the height of the ball net,thelonger the track of the table tennis,the greater the distance to the table.The following recommendations are made according to the results of the experiment:(1)through the experiments and visits to various experts and scholars,the participants who have been engaged in table tennis for a long time and the audience who love table tennis,it is suggested that the net height of table tennis should be improved properly and the range is about 17 cm,which is not only conducive to reducing the speed of the ball,but also not to make too much adjustment on the technical movements of the athletes.And change.(2)this text has made a certain quantitative analysis and some qualitative analysis on the adjustment of the height of the tennis net with the spirit of exploration,but the impact of the net increase on the sport of table tennis is all aspects,so it is necessary to make further detailed research and discussion.In the future,when the International Table Tennis Federation formally implements this rule,it is hoped that the relevant scholars should pay more attention to the impact of the tennis net increase on the overall table tennis movement,and the changes brought about by a more comprehensive analysis.
