Basketball game, both sides of the game the final score decided the outcome of the game. And the only means of scoring is shot. On the one hand shoulder jumper is the basic way to shoot, and jumper release height, angle shot, the ball flight height and angle into the basket is influence shooting rates important factors. So, on the relationship between single shoulder jumper hit rate influencing factors became a fadeaway researchers focus.Objective: reducing the rim is through the narrow rim diameter(reduced 5cm), made of special material, for the athletes of the shooting training equipment. Through the use of variable diameter hoop training to improve athletic jumper shot height, angle, the ball flying height and into the basket angle, allowing players to jump in the target more precisely, so as to improve the athletes shooting.Methods: This paper selected the test object is majoring in Xi’an Institute of physical education class of 2013 sports department students 20. Through were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 10, 10 patients in the control group, so that after the experiment and experimental data statistics, comparison, analysis. Experimental control group daily training using standard rim, and experimental group is used adjustable rim(diameter of 40 cm) for training. In this paper through the literature material method, expert interview method, experimental method, in accordance with the provisions of the training principles of laboratory personnel for 8 weeks of training, followed by the use of mathematical statistics experiment and personnel data were collected and analyzed, respectively before and after the experiment the effect of jump Investment factors(release height, angle, the ball flying height and into the basket angle) and jump shot hit rate for comparative analysis, independent samples t test.Conclusion: 1. The experimental group by adjustable hoop with after 8 weeks of training, respectively with the experimental group influence factor of 8 weeks before the jumper(release height, angle, the ball flying height and into the basket angle) and the control group using the standard basket after 8 weeks of training jumper influence factors on the line to score analysis. It is found that the jumper factors have significant difference, the experimental group had significantly improved. And in the experimental group, the shooting also have significantly improved enough to illustrate the use of adjustable hoop to improve basketball jump shot hit rate has very important significance.2.The variable diameter hoop can make full use of training ground, increase the difficulty of shooting athletes, athletes no defensive shots from the practice under the condition of close to the unlimited defense. To improve the angle of release, increase flight radian and into the basket angle have significant role in promoting.3.Encouragement and promotion in jumper training by reducing the basket, so as to improve the athletes of the shooting. At the same time, for young athletes or occupational influence jumper factors(release height, angle, the ball flying height and into the basket angle) the relationship between the need for long-term and further experiment and research.
