| In recent years, tennis has developed rapidly.Whether professional players or amateurs, their tennis skills and tactics are developing to a higher level.Players play faster and faster in the game, and the angle is more and more tricky. Therefore,in the high-intensity confrontation, the degree of hitting stability determines the success or failure of the game.Unsteady state strength training has been widely used in fitness rehabilitation and competitive physical training. As a training method to improve core strength,it can effectively improve the activity of neuromuscular system and the control ability of body posture.Use it to develop the physical quality of tennis special students in sports colleges and universities, improve the stability of forehand and backhand stroke of tennis special students in sports colleges and universities, and explore the similarities and differences between unstable strength training and traditional physical training on improving the stability of forehand and backhand stroke of tennis special students through comparative analysis with traditional strength,In order to provide more scientific physical training methods for tennis students in sports colleges.Based on the experimental method, supplemented by the methods of expert interview and literature, this paper makes an experimental comparison of 20 junior tennis special boys majoring in Physical Education in the international tennis College of Wuhan Institute of physical education. In the form of random grouping, they are divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 10 people in each group.Additional strength training is added in each professional course. The difference is that the experimental group carries out unstable strength training and the control group carries out stable traditional strength training for 10 weeks. After sorting and analyzing the data before and after the experiment, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the core strength index test, only the experimental group had a highly significant difference after the experiment(P < 0.01),while the improvement of the control group in the above two tests was not prominent, indicating that the unstable state strength training can significantly enhance the core ability of the subjects.(2)The two kinds of strength training can significantly improve the stability of forehand and backhand hitting at the original baseline, and there are highly significant differences in training effects.(3)The stability of moving forehand and backhand stroke in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. It shows that in terms of mobile hitting, the effect of unstable strength training on the stability of forehand and backhand hitting is more obvious.(4)By analyzing the "ITN" hitting accuracy test data,it is found that there is a highly significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.01),which shows that the unstable state strength training has more advantages than the traditional strength training in improving the accuracy and success rate of forehand and backhand hitting in tennis. |
