Study On Social Work Intervention For The Establishment Of Harmonious Family Relationship Of Professional Women In Private Enterprises

With the progress of the times,the slogan "women hold half the sky" has becoming a reality.The professional women have become a group which cannot be ignored in social development,playing key roles in works of life;they are no longer unimportant foil and embellishment.However,they still have to act as good mothers and wives from the family perspective.How to balance work and life,having a harmonious family and high quality life,has become an urgent need of the married professional women in contemporary times.While the management system of private-owned enterprises nowadays mainly focuses on the performance and compensation,the factor,family relationships,is not cared so much by managers.While harmonious family relationships are important impetus and supportive factors for professional women,so helping them to establish harmonious family relationships is urgent and necessary.In this study,Author selected some professional women in Tianjin X Science and Technology Parks as my research objects.Through the method of collecting questionnaires and in-depth interviews,Author analyzed the overall situation of their family relationships and found out that the current situation family relationships of them are in sub-health,especially the big pressure of parent education,the poor communication with husband and their own unsatisfied spiritual needs in the long run.According to their demand,Author designed an appropriate intervention programs suitable for them,it turns out it's effective to take professional methods of social work like case work and community work.At the same time,in order to help the professional women maintaining a harmonious family relationships,Author did some deeply thinking from four aspects,the feasibility of service intervention,the operational process,the enlightenment of social work theories and method skills,and related suggestions.
