| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s fertility policy has gone through three main stages.The first stage is to encourage childbearing.Before1970,China mainly implemented the policy of encouraging birth;the second stage,family planning.In 1982,the 12 th National Congress of the party defined family planning as the basic state policy,which was written into the Constitution in the same year.The third stage is the two child policy stage.In November 2013,the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues of comprehensively deepening the reform proposed "to launch and implement the policy that couples with one only child can have two children".In December 2015,the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress decided to implement the comprehensive two-child policy formally on January 1,2016.The development of fertility policy will bring changes to women in all aspects,especially in the context of high employment rate of women,women as the main body of childbearing,the full liberalization of the two child policy will bring great impact on women’s employment,and also put forward higher requirements on how to balance work and family for professional women.This paper collects the work life balance of professional women who have two children under the comprehensive two child policy by questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the conflicts in the work life of professional women by role theory The author thinks that the policy of liberalizing the second child in an all-round way will bring the following effects on the work life balance of professional women:(1)having a second child will change the family role of professional women,women are expected to play different roles,and need a set of new behavior mode to adapt to the role changes.Therefore,after having a second child,professional women will face the situation of increasing family burden and difficulty in role adaptation.(2)The overall liberalization of the two child policy makes some women feel role tension in their work roles,and there will be some tension in their time and emotion.(3)There is a conflict between the work role and the family role of professional women after having two children,mainly in two aspects: emotional conflict and time conflict.This paper also makes a brief analysis of the causes of "work life conflict" of professional women,and makes an activity plan for group work to intervene in "work life conflict" of professional women.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the "work life conflict" of professional women from the aspects of government,society,enterprise,family and individual.In a word,the overall liberalization of the two child policy poses a greater challenge to the balance of work and life of professional women.Only with the joint efforts of all parties,can we systematically solve the problem of work life balance of professional women in the context of the two child policy. |
