A Study On The Re-birth Desire And Its Influencing Factors Of The Women With A Child Under The Comprehensive Two-child Policy

Population is the fundamental element of national and social development.A reasonable population structure determines the development level and overall strength of a country.Since the implementation of the family planning policy in my country,the population has been well controlled and the quality of the population has also been improved.At the same time,the country’s economic development has been increasing day by day.However,with the passage of time,the negative effects of family planning have gradually emerged,and problems such as aging and gender imbalance in the population have emerged one after another.Therefore,in2013,my country implemented the "two children alone" policy,but the implementation effect was not satisfactory.Therefore,in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2015,the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy was put forward,hoping to increase the fertility level and achieve sustainable population development.However,after several years of policy implementation,we have found that neither the birth rate nor the natural population growth rate has been significantly improved,and the policy effect is far lower than expected.This article uses a questionnaire survey to study on the re-birth desire and its influencing factors of the women with a child in Hangzhou,mainly using SPSS 25.0 statistical software to process and analyze the results of the survey data.First,perform descriptive statistics on the sample’s age,physical condition,occupation,education level,and family’s monthly income per capita,and then use cross-analysis to analyze individual factors,family support factors,conceptual factors,economic factors,and work factors.The six aspects of social factors analyze the current situation of the re-birth desire.Finally,the Logistic regression model is introduced to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the re-birth desire for women who have had a child in Hangzhou.The conclusions are as follows: family support factors,conceptual factors,social factors and re-birth desire are positively correlated;age,economic factors,work factors and re-birth desire are negatively correlated;physical condition and education level are not related to re-birth desire.At last,based on the conclusions drawn from the above investigation and analysis,policy recommendations to increase the re-birth desire are put forward.
