The game decision model analyzes and game structure focusing on the interests of policy participants,requiring the game field in the process of policy formulation,policy implementation and evaluation,advocates the active dialogue and exchange among all the participants,and responds to the educational needs in order to establish an open Educational games interactive field,to achieve scientific and democratizing educational decision-making process.Based on the theories of literature theory,model analysis,case analysis,game theory and education decision-making theory,this paper constructs an operational game decision model based on the reality of current education management in India The operation mechanism of the model,the construction elements and results of analysis and related education policy making case elaborated and analyzed.And then return to the homeland.Trying to analyze the game dilemma and current demands under the educational policy of our country,and providing experiences for the scientific and democratization of education decision-making out of the predicament.This article can be divided into four parts.The first part is macro-control.The author interprets the game-making decision theory in education policy from the macro perspective,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the game-playing decision-making model in education policy.First of all,a clear and complete game requires elements such as game goals,participants,and game strategy selection.The game information and game rules use institutional constraints to avoid the socialization tendency of the participants and ensure rational decision-making and balanced results.Secondly,it seeks a broad and profound theoretical basis for the construction of a game decision model through theory and practice.It studies game theory,public choice theory,and decision process theory as the theoretical basis for constructing a game decision model,and tries to provide a game decision model for the next step.Solid ideological sources and possible theoretical references.The second part,model construction.First of all,underthe precondition that participants should recognize the conflict of rationality and contradiction,this paper explores the balancing mechanism of game model that balances multi-stakeholder interests in education policy.Secondly,the author constructs the model of
