Study On The Phenomenon Of "Moral Kidnapping" In The Network Consensus Field

The phenomenon of "moral kidnapping",based on a fragmented network consensus about hot-spot events,recognized the moral ethics by individuals or groups as a criterion,and for the purpose of doing good to make behaviors that consistent with the public opinion in the network consensus field.In the era of self-media,the phenomenon of "moral kidnapping" is not uncommon.This kind of behavior is an unethical act.It not only infringes on the freedom and rights of the parties,but also seriously pollutes the ecological of the network consensus field,and brings serious challenges to the construction of network morality.Therefore,it is urgent to put forward the path to degestion the phenomenon of "morall kidnapping" in the network consensus field.This paper,Marxist theory,as a cross-disciplinary study of Ethics,Journalism,Communication and Public opinion,adheres to the principle that theory is applied to practice,and adopts literature research methods,interdisciplinary research methods,and theory-linked practical methods.Through multi-angle and multi-dimensional analysis of the reasons forthe phenomenon of "morall kidnapping" in the network consensus field,the feasible solution path was proposed from five aspects: social system,laws and regulations,culture and education,news media,and netizen,which plays an important role in improving the Internet media literacy of netizen,purifying the network consensus environment,and building a good network of public space.The following is an outline of the main contents of this article: The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this topic,analysis of domestic and foreign research status,researchs methods and innovation.The second chapter is about the related concepts and theoretical analysis of "moral kidnapping".The meaning of "moral kidnapping" is defined,the characteristics and nature of "moral kidnapping" are summarized,and the connection with the network consensus field is identified.Besides,the relevant contents in classic Marxist writers,Western scholars,and Chinese traditional ethics are discussed.The third chapter analyzes the formation and manifestation of the phenomenon of "moral kidnapping" in the network consensus field.The "moral kidnapping" phenomenon has three phases: the fermentation period,the outbreak period,and the elimination period.Through the classification and sorting of various "morall kidnapping" phenomenon,the performance of individualization of moral standards,polarization of groups,media guide for profit,media vision,and butterfly effect were summarized.The fourth chapter mainly talk about the hazard of "moral kidnapping" phenomenon.This chapter elaborates the harm caused by the phenomenon of "morall kidnapping" in five aspects: social environment,culture and education,laws and regulations,news media,and the public.The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon of "morall kidnapping" in the network consensus field.After analysis of the cases,it is concluded that the social system and network security system are not perfect;the network culture and network moral education are lacked;the network laws and regulations are imperfect;the news media disregards professional ethics;and the Internet users have low moral awareness and low media literacy.As far as possible,the analyze to achieve comprehensive,and to lay a good foundation for the solution.The sixth chapter is the focus of this article.It aims to propose an effective way to eliminate the phenomenon of "moral kidnapping" in the network public opinion field.Aiming at the causes of the phenomenon of "moral kidnapping" in the public opinion field,we propose the following countermeasures: promote the construction of the network system and govern the network public opinion environment;improve the network laws and regulations and standardize the order of informationdissemination;strengthen the network moral education and establish the network ethics standards;correct the role of media and help the information positively disseminate;improve the media literacy of netizen and establish a harmonious public opinion space.
