| With the vigorous development of our country’s railway enterprise,the safety of vehicle travelling is becoming more and more important.Being the running part of vehicle,the on-line measurement for wheel set wear is an important step for the safety of vehicle operation.For the characters of large amount of image procesing and strong real-time property in detection,it is a critical problem to be solved to how to complete the transmission and processing of numerous gathering image data.Timeliness of image data transmission and processing is an important factor influencing the detection efficiency in wheel set wear on-line detection system based on the CCD photoelectric detecting method.The paper devotes to research scheme of image transmission and processing based on FPGA and multi-DSP,which has important application value to improve the efficiency of wheel set wear online detection.The main contents are as follows.(1)Performance indicator analysis and system design.This paper puts forward to realize a task of vehicle wheel set real-time detection under the speed range of 5~120 km/h,that all of the data is transmitted and processed within one minute after vehicle departure.According to this indicator the scheme of wheel set image transmission and processing for FPGA and multi-DSP is proposed.In this project wheel set wear online detection system is mainly composed of three modules,which are high-speed image acquisition,image transmission and processing.This paper focuses on study image transmission and processing modules and launches research work about it.(2)wheel set image transmission and processing hardware circuit design based on FPGA and multi-DSP.The hardware architecture of multichannel wheel set image transmission and processing is designed.The whole system is divided into image acquisition module,data transmission module,FPGA logic control module and DSP data processing module.This paper introduces the hierarchical structure of the TCP/IP protocol stack and completes the design of ethernet function module based on hardware protocol stack chip W5300;The data interface circuit between FPGA and DSP,the interface of SDRAM and FLASH memory expansed externally are designed in detail,and the hardware platform of the whole system is also constructed.(3)wheel set image transmission and processing software program design based on FPGA and multi-DSP.The global software process of multichannel wheel set image transmission and processing system is implemented.The hardware control logic of ethernet interface is also researched deeply.SDRAM control module designed is composed of FIFO buffer and SDRAMcontroller;Control logic of CPLD and the data communication process between FPGA and multi-DSP are designed in detail;Meanwhile coding work of test software on the epigynous machine is completed,so as to facilitate verification experiment of the whole system function.(4)Each module of system hardware circuit,mainly including ethernet interface module,power circuit,SDRAM memory and data communication interface module between DSP and FPGA,are tested actually.The whole image transmission and processing system is made an joint debugging experiment.The experimental results show that the designed system can quickly and efficiently realize the functional requirements of vehicle wheel set image real-time transmission and processing. |
