With the development and expansion of the hospital, only using paper and card recording and old storage method, cannot meet the development needs of hospital. In such a big trend, electronic medical records system has been proposed to improve the management of the hospital by changing the old way of medical records.Electronic medical record system is a specific software for medical, it records patient’s treatment information electronically in order to provide the main source of information for decision making and so on. the subject of this paper will analysis EMR system form several points technically in order to improve the significance of the system.In this paper, the issue including more detailed preparatory work, such as communications and analysis relevant case studying. Eventually developed a set can solve real business needs of hospital EMR workstation systems.Based on the selection of the various programs we conducted a scientific and comprehensive analysis of the full, and finally got the overall architecture and design of this article EMR systems. In this paper, the case of business needs and software system architecture, system administrator-related function modules include, doctors and nurses operating operation module module, comprising:a system management functions; the system login screen, the initial system interface, medical writing module, medical many modules form the interface temperature, care form interface, the daily work of the interface and the like; printing module, medical operation module. Information management system of this article in the Windows environment using.NET and MSSQL2008 database development, maintenance and use of the system in order, using the MVC pattern B/S architecture.Finally, the relevant work carried out summary and outlook.
