At present, network video monitoring system has been widely used, and in the intelligent, integrated implementation has obtained the very big progress. Network video monitoring system, with its convenient, intuitive and detailed information content is widely used in management, early warning and so on occasion, as finance, transportation, commerce, electric power, public security, the customs security is an important means of monitoring, national defense and other fields. With the rapid development of Internet and monitoring technology, video monitoring network has become a hot topic in today's research and development trend of the main. In addition, as the 4 g network construction, wireless network data transmission speed has been improved, which makes the wireless video monitoring.Based on security monitoring in the background, this paper build a remote video monitoring system based on Client/Sever structure. introduces the widely used in video monitoring communication protocols, such as RTP protocol and GB28181 protocol(SIP); Then designs the overall scheme of video monitoring system, the whole system is divided into server and client software and equipment end three modules, including the core part of the client software is introduced in this paper, the main points on the software design is given priority to interface design, design of the menu bar, toolbar design, video bar design four most; Finally on the realization of client software, choose the MFC framework, in order to realize the user interface interaction, run GB28181 protocol to send and receive network signaling, use RTP protocol to implement h. 264 video data transmission in the network, the client use JRTP dynamic library to realize data reception, use ffmpegDecoder technology to realize the streaming media data decoding and playing. Finally, the thesis of the client software is summarized, and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
