The Design And Implementation Of Library Seat Management System Based On The RFID

With the increasing hardware investment of University library, and the rapid development of the advancement construction of library resources management of informationization. Taking the informationization management into the library seat resources management, in order to enhance the utilization efficiency of library reading room, is becoming one of the research contents of Library information.This research use the existing university library’s hardware network and campus card applications platform as the basis of the system application, through combining the practical management and virtual management, transform the seat information, the use of seat information, the reading room information, the user information, the misuse information and some other abstract information into virtual data content, then use the network to realize the reading room of the library resources of computer processing and efficient scientific management. This kind of information management methods not only can make the resource management of reading room of university library fairer and justice, but also saves the human cost of management in the university library. By using the management platform, the librarian only needs some simple operations to achieve efficient management of seat resources and also can use a variety of muti-media ways to release the information of the library reading room seat in the real-time, thus it can ease the common contradiction of the shortage of reading room of universitylibrary and the low use of reading room seats. This research can provide a more harmonious study environment for students.This paper carried a detailed research on the management of seat resource in library. Related background and technical solution are discussed, elaborated the present situation of current library seat resource management in colleges and the current problems; Using the RFID technology to realize network real-time condition monitoring which can get a comprehensive monitoring and information management from the student user in the library seat; proposed allocation strategies of seat in the library reading room and the rules of illegal users list management. Expounds the design ideas, detailed design process and the key problems involved in the system,combining with the corresponding solutions.
