With the rapid development of air conditioning technology, the number of air conditioning is also growing fast. In order to improve the efficiency of central air conditioning and gain comfort quality, chiller plant control system is getting more and more attention to the user. This thesis introduces the design and implementation of the central air-conditioning control system. First thesis concluded the manufacturing and control background of central air conditioning chiller plant control system(CSM) in domestic and abroad, and thesis also introduced definition, function and characteristics of chiller system. Secondly thesis described the basic principle and realization method of chiller system, then thesis introduced function structure, performance characteristics and practical application of chiller system. Finally thesis studied the basic Partition Integral differential control(PID) and fuzzy integral differential control technology. For the hardware design, thesis only analyzed the overall architecture and modules constitute of chiller system; as the focal point of the thesis, the software of chiller system, according to module structure, designed control procedure and corresponding program of mechanical and electrical equipment.Through the communication testing and link test, chill system is proposed and implemented, results meet the expected requirements; Compared automatic control mode with original manual control methods, energy consumption had been significantly improved, achieved the ultimate goal of energy save and emission reduction.
