| Huabei electronic technology limited company decides to develop manufacturing execution system (MES) for such reasons:to meet the requirements of our customers in, to leave a better impression for our customers, to control the process of seed production precisely, to optimize the manufacturing process of the whole workshop, to have a real-time tracking of the whole process, to follow the state of the resources, equipment and so on.The design and implementation of MES is developed under the object-oriented analysis and design method. We use the use case diagram and use case description to describe of the function of the system, use class diagram, sequence diagram to describe the function of EMS in the views of static and dynamic. We tend to B/S structure to design MES, use weblogic server to deploy MES server, and use Java language to decode, and use HTML hypertext markup language, CSS cascading style sheets (CSS) and JavaScript scripting language to control and manage system. The EMS could run on Internet explorer, Firefox, chrome and other browsers, finally designs from the system database is based on SQL SERVER 2014.The EMS has five parts:SMT operation module, assembly operation module, the warehouse management module, generated execution module, report form module. Among them, the functions of operation module aremore plates for plating, more plates loading,retrieval of batch return, board for board packaging and bar code association;Assembly operation module realize the function of the test a batch plate, cast plate assembly and assembly material management;Warehouse management module in the realization of the function of the association of UPN and SN, input of material, defrost solder paste, recycle of solder paste;Generated execution module realize the function of the FQC sampling, board of single board, mixed loading, loading operation, wrongly loading, process inspection; report form module have the function of work order status report statistics, man-hour report statistics, SN process statements statistics, praise the criticism statistics report, assembly tracing statistics, maintenance statistics report, etc.People could manage and optimize the product of the whole production process under the help of MES, and could handle the emergencies in time. People could improve the efficiency of delivery, profit of the company and the rate of material liquidity by controllingthe production operation process in the workshop. |
