Along with the popularization of networking technology,the field of mechanical engineering goes towards the direction of intelligence,convenience,stability and reliability.By virtue of its ability to reduce costs,realize group management and real-time monitoring,vehicle terminal remote monitoring system has been gradually replaced traditional human field scheduling and gained popularity in the construction industry management.As the customer groups with the changes in business environment,the product will be used in the process of different needs,which requires the vehicle terminal system functions to upgrade and update in a timely manner.In the face of such demands,debugging interface protocol based on serial bus vehicle terminal remote upgrade security mechanism is proposed to solve the current situation of inconvenient,untimely and insecure vehicle terminal system update maintenance,so as to improve the success rate of terminal system upgrade,reduce business operating costs and optimize the efficiency of enterprise management.Using the MCU of ARM based on Cortex-M3 kernel,this paper deeply studies SWD debug interface protocols which is not completely open.It solves the problem which traditional JTAG debug interface faced with,such as taking up more pins,having high power consumption and instability when transmitting high speed data.The thesis presents the system programming model based on SWD protocol.This paper mainly studies the following issues: analyzing hash function digital abstract encryption algorithm,designing data transfer mechanism between the vehicle terminal and monitoring platform as well as using the HTTP method to ensure the security of data transmission.The paper introduces the related concepts of SWD interface protocol and kernel debugging,analyzes the logical sequence of read and write operations based on SWD protocol and designs the model of flash programming.This paper studies the special case of engineering machinery vehicle battery power supply circuit,and designs power supply protection circuit and the power circuit for each module as well as the PCB circuit board.The paper simulates the unexpected situations that the test system may encounter during upgrade process,the test shows that the system is running well and can meet the requirements of remote upgrade for security,reliability and stability.
