Study On Project Process Management About OA System Of Zibo Company

With the rapid development of office work mode and information technology in Chinese enterprises since reform and opening up, now the requirement of office system in enterprises has become more and more complex, and the new technology has been applied more and more widely. In this instance, the schedule management of carrying out Zibo’s OA system will face great challenges.The "project schedule management" in this article is one of the important parts of theories of project management. Usually, to one project, the control of progress management has a direct impact on the success of the whole project.This article is based on project time and progress management technology, using relevant methods in project schedule management to analyze technology of making WBS and evaluating the workload of work package, CPM and PRET.Take OA system project, starts from confirming project scope and goal, the WBS of this project is made, and each activity is sorted and evaluated scientifically. Microsoft Project is used to make the project plan and identify the critical path, and the time-cost optimization is used to control the project progress, thus the project plan can go with target time.After setting up the schedule plan of Zibo’s OA system, the control system, organizational system, inspection system and project change management have been made, so the project can be carried out as the plan and successfully completed.Hope the research conclusions have a useful reference in implementing and managing Zibo’s OA system.
