With the continuous improvement of high-speed railway construction in China and the continuous improvement of railway trains,high-speed railway and intercity express has become choose of more and more business people.Users have put forward higher and higher requirements of network coverage and network quality,and railway coverage has become the battlefield for all operators to show the brand.In this situation,Chengdu began to build high-speed rail network of LTE 4G from 2015,and strive to lead the life,satisfy the growing demand of customer in data traffic communication and create a good market environment,to create a boutique TD-LTE network.Combined with the actual situation in Chengdu,in the process of building TD-LTE base station,site selection,planning and construction of the general macro cellular base station is eraier due to complete facilities,large space and good weather conditions.The high-speed rail base station is relatively difficult to build because of geographical factors,interference factors,train speed and other factors affect.This paper studies the history and the status of TD-LTE research at home and abroad.Taking the second batch of Chengmianle high speed railway project in Sichuan province as an example,the research and design of TD-LTE high speed rail coverage scheme was carried out.The paper first briefly introduces the TD-LTE structure,OFDM technology and MIMO technology,analyzes the factors affecting the transmission performance of high-speed wireless systems and two high-speed mobile network signal coverage problems: Doppler frequency shift and overlapping distance and summarizes the high-speed coverage solution algorithm.Followed by TD-LTE coverage performance analysis,TD-LTE capacity performance analysis,and interference coordination and avoidance analysis.And then focus on the basic situation of the project,coverage indicators and TD-LTE network status to start,analyze and determine the current project coverage planning program,including networking,frequency selection,coverage program,cell consolidation and cell overlap coverage distance,antenna settings Program,site installation program and the equipment selection of ENODEB and antenna feeder system.Finally,the problem of TD-LTE high-speed rail coverage in Chengdu area is put forward from the aspects of Doppler effect,switching effect and vehicle loss,then analyzes coverage planning optimization of TD-LTE high-speed rail and simulates the coverage of TD-LTE network,the service level along the railway line and the throughput along the railway line.The test results show that the the design scheme has reached the anticipated goal.
