Sensor technology is playing an increasingly important role,due to the rapid development of information technology and the widespread popularity of mechanical automation in the field of automatic detection technology,at present.The structure and performance of the sensor have been greatly improved with the development of new technology and new materials.Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy(shorted as MSMA)is a kind of new functional material with reversible characteristics.MSMA sensor can be developed by using the inverse characteristic of this material.In this thesis,MSMA sensor structure is optimizated and magnetic shape memory alloy sensor experimental research and other related work based on the theoretical analysis.First of all,the input-output model of MSMA sensor is established based on the inverse characteristic of MSMA in this thesis.Chaotic quantum particle swarm algorithm is used to identify the parameters of the model and verify the feasibility and applicability of chaotic quantum PSO algorithm.Secondly,the structure of the MSMA sensor is analyzed theoretically,and the magnetic field simulation of the MSMA sensor is carried out by using the finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell.The finite element simulation of each part of the MSMA sensor is carried out and the optimal structure size and shape are selected by simulation of electromagnetic simulation.This experimental method provides a design basis for structural design of MSMA sensor,and then obtains sensor optimization structure.Finally,a MSMA sensor experiment platform is built.The change rule of the induced voltage signal of the MSMA sensor is studied when the input parameters are changed separately and simultaneously.And the theoretical value and the experimental value were compared to verify the correctness and versatility of the model that is builded by MSMA sensor Magnetic circuit model.Review of all,the sensor performance is improved by optimizing the sensor structure by studying the inverse effect of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study,in this thesis.And it lays the foundation for the modeling and application of MSMA sensors by the way of magnetic shape memory alloy sensor experimental research.
