Magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA)is a kind of new functional material with reversible characteristics.It applies high dynamic force to the deformation of MSMA material under magnetic field.The detection coil can output large induced voltage signal.MSMA sensors can be developed.The sensor based on the inverse characteristic design of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy is one of the important research fields in the field of automatic detection technology and vibration control.In this paper,the reverse effect mechanism of MSMA materials,the establishment of new micro-mathematical model of MSMA sensor and the study of parameter identification are studied.The deformation mechanism and the forward and reverse characteristics of magnetically controlled shape memory alloys are described in this paper.Based on equivalent magnetic circuit and electromagnetism theory,the mathematical model of MSMA sensor is deduced,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following chapters.Secondly,the microstructures of MSMA were investigated,including the following aspects: 1)martensite reorientation of MSMA,2)variation of bulk volume fraction and magnetization rotation angle,3)demagnetization effect of MSMA.On this basis,considering the effect of demagnetization factor,a new mathematical model of MSMA sensor output induced voltage was established from microcosmic angle.By comparing the experimental values of the measured values with the calculated values of the model,the theoretical foundation for constructing the MSMA sensor characteristic simulation platform is established under the conditions of the bias and the amplitude and frequency of the exciting force.Finally,the simulated annealing genetic algorithm and Kalman filter algorithm were used to identify the parameters of the newly established MSMA sensor model.By comparing the fitness and the number of iterations and evolution,it was concluded that the simulated annealing genetic algorithm Bikal The Kalman filter algorithm is more dominant in the convergence rate of the algorithm.Different parameters can be used to identify different parameters.In the end,the improved new model,the calculated results of the existing model and the measured experimental results were fitted respectively.The improved model obtained the higher curve fitting,which further verified the correctness of the parameter identification and the new The MSMA sensor mathematic model is accurate and versatile.
