In recent years,with the state's emphasis on new industries and information industries,sensor technology in the field of automation has also achieved rapid development.More and more new materials are gradually being tapped and applied in the field of sensor technology,and Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy(MSMA)is a typical representative.The material has a large amount of deformation,fast response,and also has the shape memory characteristics,is a new type of functional materials.Based on the reversible characteristic of MSMA material,the structure of each part of MSMA sensor is optimized and the experimental system of MSMA sensor is established.The relationship between sensor input signal and output voltage is experimentally studied.First of all,by studying the microscopic principle of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy material,the variation law of the material under the magnetic field is analyzed.Under the change of bias magnetic field and external force,the work range of the parameters of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy sensor is determined by studying the deformation of the material.According to the inverse characteristics of magnetron shape memory alloy,stress-strain relationship and equivalent magnetic circuit method,a mathematical model of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy sensor is established.Secondly,based on the magnetic circuit analysis method,the structure of the MSMA sensor is analyzed theoretically.The structure of each part of the magnetic shape memory alloy sensor is optimized,and the finite element analysis software-Ansoft Maxwell is used to simulate the magnetic field.The structure of the MSMA sensor is calculated by using the magnetic circuit analysis method.Then the structure of the MSMA sensor is verified by the finite element analysis method.Combining the magnetic circuit analysis method and the finite element analysis method the optimized sensor structure is obtained.Finally,magnetically controlled shape memory alloy sensor experiment system is set up.The relationship between MSMA sensor output voltage and excitation frequency force,amplitude,bias magnetic field is studied.The sensors before and after optimization were experimentally studied.Under the same experimental conditions,the peak-to-peak values of the induced voltage were compared to verify the superiority of the sensor.In summary,this paper through optimizing the structure of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy sensor,make the sensor performance more perfect.Build MSMA sensor experimental system,and carry on its characteristic research.It has laid the theoretical and technical foundation for the design and application of MSMA sensor.
