It is easy to form the situation of low efficiency and high error rate when the data is large. With the wide application of computer in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, it has become an important task for the management of the enterprise to manage the human resources of the enterprise by using the information technology platform. The management of computer technology in human resources has irreplaceable advantages such as precise and rapid retrieval, efficient and reliable processing, low cost and long life. It is an important way for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises to manage standardly, to develop scientifically, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises using a computer system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop suitable human resource management system for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.Base on the above analysis, a human resource management system is designed using the.NET technology, which makes the human resource management of the large and medium-size state-own enterprises to realize informatization, modernization and integration.Six main function modules are concluded in the human resource management system in present paper. Those are basic information of employee, recruitment and employment, performance appraisal, compensation management, training and development, and the management of employee relationship. The B/S structure was used in the system. The implementation maintenance and data updating of this system are achieved, to make an efficient and convenient management of human resources.In this paper, the focus is to maintain system security when the system was designed and the function was realized. According to the different user, permissions were assigned differently for system user. Users in different positions had different operational ranges of system. It is effective to avoid the possibility of malicious destruction to the human resources management system data.There are many personnel in the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise, and there are a large number of users in the system, so it is usual that a large numbers of people visit the database at the same time, and it makes database feedback slow down, or even collapse. In order to ensure the work efficiency, the database connection pool technology was carried out in present paper.After the system test, the human resources management system designed in this paper meet the basic needs of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and the aim of this design was achieved. |
