With the development of communication technology rapidly,as a mobile communication base station,which capacity is not only including antenna height,providing electricity,equipment installation space and environment temperature protection function,but also to adapt to the new age of development,the innovation and research on energy saving and environmental protection,social function development are needed by mobile communication base stations to maximize the service of modern information society and serving the people.Nowadays,the Internet plus technology is more and more closely with each industry,so that many traditional industries achieve the perfect upgrade.The Internet plus technology is studied in this paper which is emerging in this context,and puts forward innovative combination of Internet plus technology to carry out the study of the function expansion of mobile communication base station in two aspects.The one hand is the charging pile monitoring.Based on the characteristics of mobile base stations charging piles are widely built in the broad area,beside the road,parking lot,highway rest stop and so on.The increase of electric vehicle charging function is researched,and through the Internet to upload real-time charging pile of geographic information and work status,to meet the social needs of electric vehicle charging is two whenever and wherever possible.The other hand is the weather forecast and early warning technology.There is a research based on the application of the Internet of things,parameters are collected such as surrounding environment temperature,wind speed,PM2.5,and the standard interface,Cloud Collection are provided,to carry out GIS,earthquake monitoring,meteorological monitoring,environmental monitoring and other large data service about every industries.The system server,using the powerful resources of the ATmega2560 development board,achieves the design of the system of data acquisition system,transmission system and display system,to collect geographical location information and the use of a variety of meteorological information collection charging pile,and to achieve effectively the stable display mode of transmission diversity and data.The client of this system is based on Android smart phone and computer terminal.Intelligent mobile phone is common in today’s mobile terminal equipment,and the Android operating system is one of the most popular intelligent mobile phone platform,so that open source code and development environment is prepared with the full realization of the function of application software for Android mobile phone application software.The intelligent mobile phone based on the Android operating system is chosen as the information receiving terminal,and receives the geographic information of the weather and information of charging pile,to save the display cost and increases the mobility.In addition,the design service platform of computer terminal is implemented based on the Windows operating system.The entire site is developed in Eclipse J2 EE software development environment by using Java Script language.The backstage server reads per second in the user interface and real-time update of meteorological information charging pile location information function.Besides,for the wireless data transceiver module,two sets of programs are proposed.First,based on the existing resources of the mobile communication base station,the GMS transceiver module is used to achieve the wireless data transmission between the central processing module and the internet.The two is far away from the base station resource situation,in the view of the Wi-Fi wireless transmission protocol is easy to implement,moderate coverage and many other advantages,the system realizes wireless data transmission between the central processing module and the Wi-Fi module through the Internet.The application software on the mobile phone and service Website on the computer terminal take the place of the traditional monitoring system,improve the efficiency of the statistical analysis of the data,and increase the real-time transmission and sharing function of the data.The main achievements are presented as follows: Firstly,the status and trends at home and abroad Internet plus technology development are researched,and the domestic and foreign base station researches are understood.The existing resources and the base station Internet plus technology are analyzed,which are combined with the current social development needs and future trends to clear the significance of Internet plus convenience service station design system.Secondly,the theoretical basis for the demand of the system is analyzed and studied,and the main performance in the three aspects,including the analysis principle and advantage in the ATmega2560 microprocessor,the principle and interface research about Android application software and the definition and characteristics about Web-GIS.Thirdly,the analysis of the key technologies in the design of base station service system is done in three hands,including the analysis of base station intelligent monitoring acquisition information transmission technology,the analysis of pile monitoring technology of electric vehicle charging station,and the Internet plus technology and base station service function combination.Fourthly,based on the above research and analysis,the overall framework of the system is designed.The circuit principle of the data transmission between modules is analyzed and interface of different modules is realized,and integration of local circuit is achieved.At the end,the design and construction of the whole circuit system is completed.Fifthly,according to the implementation of the software,the development process and operation process of the software is finished.The specific research and Implementation has been done in three programs,including the language of the C meteorological about charging pile reading data storage and display program based on the central processing module,the Java mobile phone application and the computer terminal Web program based on Java Script language.At the same time,the bus technology of data transmission between the central processing module and each sub module is analyzed and compared.Finally,in order to each function and the overall operation of the verification system,each part of the system testing,system testing and the analysis of the test results have been done.The system hardware and software of the test platform is built to test the implementation of the functions.The functions of the system are presented to prove that the system achieve the desired functionality,including the four-dimensional positioning function,the temperature and humidity monitoring function,PM2.5 monitoring function,the air quality color display function,the charging pile location and using status display function,the level of wind speed and vibration level monitoring function,SD card storage function,the mobile phone display real-time air quality function,the Internet data display and sharing function.Moreover,according to the results of the test system,the difficulties and overcome the technical innovation of the process of the system design are and analyzed.The experience and graduation in this design and production process are summarized,and the experience about how to overcome the difficulties and learn new skills is summed up.The mobile base station function expansion system has positive significance in improving the resource utilization rate of the mobile communication base station.A variety of weather information and the use of charging pile share on the Internet in real time and on the spot improve convenience for people’s lives and travel,which achieve big data time of information application and promote the development of electric vehicles to contribute to energy saving environmental protection.
