At present, the scale of Internet users in China is growing rapidly, of which the vast majority is mobile phone users. With the progress of mobile Internet technology and its in-depth development in the field of health care, M-Health has become the focus of the development of Internet health. As China enters aging society, the number of patients with chronic diseases is increasing, but our country’s medical resources is limited, coupled with the uneven distribution of resources, causing the problems of patients to seek medical treatment difficultly gradually highlighted, the doctor-patient contradiction is increasing.Therefore, the M-Health industry urgently needs to introduce new technology.The research and implementation of this system can solve the difficulties of doctor-patient communication, patient data collection and other issues, help to improve the utilization of medical resources and ease the doctor-patient conflicts.Many pages of this system need to do local cache, there are two kinds of caching methods this system used: cacheIndex incremental index and paging cache. The cacheIndex incremental index method sorts the cached records by the value of cacheIndex, and it reads the data according to the cacheIndex value and pos value indicating request direction. This method solves the cache problem of page which initially displays part of the data and shows the history records when drop it. Records of paging cache method is saved in the form of paging and each page saves a certain number of restricted records. This method reads data according to current page index value and number of each page length. It solves the cache problem of general page which data display as record list. The use of these two cache methods helps improve the data access speed and manage the local database more effectively.The advantages of this system are as follows: firstly, it’s designed for doctors based on iOS platform; secondly, it provides some characteristic functions as follow-up, patient group management and follow-up management for doctors. Those functions make up for the defects of the existing applications;finnaly, it helps realize the three-in-one data interoperability, which is easy to collect data of patients outside hospital. At present, the system has been applied in practice in a number of cancer hospitals, with tens of thousands of registered doctors.
