| Follow-up diagnosis is a common way for medical workers to observe changes in patients’ symptoms and give treatment recommendations.Under the circumstance of the increasingly severe aging problem in China,the number of chronic patients is increasing year by year.As a result,the workload of follow-up diagnosis now makes up a large proportion of medical workers’ daily job.With the development of medical informatization,a brand new and highly computerized follow-up system becomes feasible and necessary for hospitals.The follow-up system introduced in this article is equipped with internet technology,addresses the follow-up diagnosis needs from different hospital departments,realizes the function of managing and diagnosing patients by cell-phones,increases the working efficiency of medical workers,and smooths the hospital patients relationship.This article will first introduce the research background regarding of the subject and raise the research tasks targeting at the low efficiency,low accuracy problems of follow-up diagnosis in the medical industry.Then the article will conduct requirements analysis and general design,based on which the separation and realization of system module will be introduced and then the unit testing,integration testing on the system will be illustrated.Finally,this article will give the research conclusion and point out the limitation and further optimization in the future.The system combines follow-up diagnosis with iOS system so that medical workers can use mobile devices such as iPhone、iPad to do diagnosis,notice changes in patients’ conditions without time or space limitation,and collect relevant medical records in time.This system will significantly increase the working efficiency and flexibility of medical workers and ease patients’ trouble of shuttling between home and hospital for regular follow-up.Currently,this system has already been put to use in multiple tumor hospitals,serving over ten thousands of medical workers. |
