Industrial emissions is mainly from CIP(Chemical Industrial Park), which has a large influence on the micro-meteorological environment in CIP. Among environmental emergencies occurred in recent years, air pollution occupied a high proportion coursed by CIP. Therefore, many cities have listed their local CIP as key monitoring areas for environmental risk. Establishing and improving the prevention and control system of environmental risk in CIP has become an urgent requirement for the management of the city. As a important measure, developing intelligent monitoring and control information system of the micro meteorological environment in CIP is of great significance for the risk prevention and control of the park, the atmospheric environment management, the study of the micro meteorological environment change and the assessment of the emergency disaster.With the rapid development of IoT(Internet of Things) industry in recent years,the embedded system technology, wireless sensor network technology have been applied deeply, which makes the intelligent and accurate real-time monitoring and control upon CIP micro meteorological environment possible. This paper introduces the development and application status of environmental risk management of CIP and modern monitoring system at home and abroad. Aiming at the demand of the research on micro meteorological environment monitoring of CIP, a monitoring and control system for micro-meteorological environment in CIP is designed and implemented in this paper, including the micro meteorological elements and characteristic pollutants monitoring node, embedded micro meteorological information collection system gateway server and system integrated monitoring platform. The hardware and software design of each part is introduced in detail.Through the test of the system, the design has realized data acquisition and uploading of meteorological factors and characteristic pollutants from several regions of CIP.Users can login the system integrated monitoring platform software to view real-time or historical monitoring data, and remote users can access the embedded gateway server to monitor all areas of CIP through the web browser.
