Today,the development of enterprises can’t do without IT,the position of enterprise information technology in the enterprise development process is more and more important.The information technology business fundamentally speaking is nothing more than management information,business process decisions on standardization.Purchasing part of the production process in an enterprise is in the central location,this link is scientific,standardized and highly efficient enterprise is able to reduce operating costs,improving economic efficiency plays a decisive role.So the development of a procurement management system is very necessary.The purpose of this research is to provide a platform manufacturers,this system platform for procurement processes play a supervisory and regulatory role.Through this platform,enabling enterprises to the procurement process from procurement needs of application,review,plan and implement all aspects of the generation and acceptance,so transparent and standardized management.Thereby enhancing real-time sharing of information between various departments of enterprises,as enterprises in the future construction of information technology to provide a good foundation and basis.In this research,using object-oriented method to analyze the entire system,the first Tianjin Venus paper mill describes the current background,explains the purpose of the research,described the importance of developing a procurement management system in Tianjin JinXing paper mill production and management.Then introduced the development projects related to key technologies,and the system needs analysis,according to the system to achieve the purpose of determining the system should have which features.Next is the system design phase,first gain a clear idea of the overall design objectives and scheme of the system,the proposed overall design goals.Then based on the total design of the database design,drawing ER diagrams.Citing four modules to illustrate the development’s process of the system,and finally test the system and then determine the overall deployment scenarios.
