| With the acceleration of urbanization process,elevator capsules have become an important space of multimedia advertising.To meet the diversified demand of passengers,elevator should provide the voice information.When the elevator fails,the maintenance personnel should be notified to handle.Th erefore,it is necessary to set up a system to monitor the running state of the elevator.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of elevator remote monitoring,voice broadcast,multimedia display terminal.The purpose of related software and hardware development based on the RSL protocol communication is to get the direction and door status of the elevator capsules,fault and alarm information,to integrate the multimedia display and voice broadcast function of elevator capsules into one terminal.The remote monitoring system is connected with the 60 elevator capsules multimedia display terminals by Ethernet.The communication is used to set the parameters of the RSL protocol,to control elevator fire state,to monitor elevator operation info rmation,to update clock,to download the file of video,pictures,and message.In this paper,the elevator monitoring system based on RSL protocol is studied in detail.First,the RSL protocol coding rules are analyzed and the related circuit is designed.RSL protocol decoding,parameter storage,serial communication functions are designed to achieve.Secondly,Python language is used to design and achieve the elevator capsules operation information display,voice broadcast,video playback,picture switching and other functions.Then,Microsoft Sql database is used to design report forms,and Visual C++6.0 is used to design and achieve the function of user login,user management,elevator information display,clock synchronization,file download,parameter setting,report inquiring,report exporting,etc.Finally,a test environment is built to test all function and performance of software and hardware.The test shows that the system function and performance meet the demand.This paper analyses the hardware circuit,calculates the communication protocol coding rules with the oscilloscope,designs the related circuit,develops the related decoding software,and realizes the exchange of data between different software and hardware systems in the custom communi cation format.The analysis and design has reference significance for other communication protocols.At the same time,this system should be promoted in the upgrading project of RSL elevator. |
