| Radar Information Recorder is a necessary auxiliary equipment to a modern radar system.It is capable of recording comprehensive information real-time when radar is working.By access to playback function,historical data can be repeated,including Radar Video,Plot Information,Track Information,Fault condition and so on;Through the statistical analysis of historical records,hidden information of data can be further explored.Besides,the appearance of Radar Information Recorder makes radar a comprehensive equipment not only with the role searching for target and tracking target as before,but also with the role of collecting experimental data of aircraft.This paper firstly analyses the development status of Radar Information Recorder at home and abroad,the future prospects and the development status of the main technologies involved.Secondly,based on the analysis of requirement of Radar Information Recorder in principle,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of Radar Information Recorder,clarifies its architecture and working principle and analyses data from the procedure of collection to that of storage.Then,on the requirement of interface conversion,radar interface conversion board is designed,which not only solves the match problem between optical fiber interface of storage device and non-optical fiber interface of radar terminal,but also improves the universality of storage device.Multi-channel analog signal acquisition module is designed on the basis of research on signal sampling theory and optical fiber communication system is designed on the basis of research on RapidIO.Three optimization ways are put forward to improve the performance of RapidIO in the aspect of transfer of large files,which are interrupt method,EDMA in manual mode and EDMA in synchronous mode.High speed solid state array module is designed on the basis of analysis of advantages and disadvantages of solid state hard disk,which breaks the limitations of single solid state hard disk in the aspect of record bandwidth and capacity.A high speed data storage device is designed through the cascade of several Multi-channel storage units composed of High-Speed Array modules,and introduces concrete function of Radar Information Recorder such as data acquisition,Playback and so on,through principles and ways of implementation.Lastly,software system of Radar Information Recorder is studied and analyzed.three main subsystems are clarified,which are recorder software,data collaboration software and data download software.Additionally,the principle of implementation of individual subsystem,software interface of system and individual function module are analyzed in detail.Through data recorded compared to the playback data by system software,it is verified that Radar Information Recorder achieves the function of storing radar echo data and that every performance meets the design requirement. |
