The moment is the opportunity for the development of the content of the business and the development of short video,Papi Jiang is also an opportunity to meet the quality brand.From September 2015 test video to the formation of today’s IP brand,and the establishment and operation of We-Media alliance papitube platform,which lasted about one and a half years,Papi Jiang has become a model of media operations,created a new level of media development.This paper traces the various strategies adopted in the commercial realization of media Papi Jiang.Through the case study of Papi Jiang,we can provide some practical guidance for the media people who are in the business transformation.This article mainly takes the time as the clue,followed by the development process of Papi Jiang to study the commercial value and operation strategy of Papi Jiang.This article mainly discusses the development strategy of Papi Jiang in the process of development.The first is based on content production.Second brand marketing as a means.Third social economy as a link.First of all,based on the background of the development of commercial value of Papi Jiang,this paper analyzes the properties of Papi Jiang from two angles,namely,the We-Media and the web celebrity,and provides theoretical support for the development of the commercial value of Papi Jiang.Secondly,through the analysis of three aspects of "Papi Jiang " visual frequency,community and brand.Papi Jiang summed up the 5 key points of development,namely event marketing strategy,content management strategy,community development strategy,expand the platform strategy,advertising development strategy.Finally,summed up the experience from the media Papi Jiang business practice.I hope to make some meaningful suggestions for the development of other media people from three aspects:the innovation of content production,the value of brand image,and the upgrading of social media.This paper combines the knowledge of communication,advertising,marketing and so on.This paper is no longer to analyze the value of Papi Jiang from the perspective of the network reds,but also focus on the commercial value and development strategy of Papi Jiang from the business point of view.The research on the operation strategy of Papi Jiang has put forward reasonable suggestions for the healthy development of China’s media.
