| In this paper,Urban central heating system is a major livelihood project,to ensure its stable and efficient operation,is very important and practical significance.Energy consumption of heating system is a huge project,through analysis of thermal properties of the unattended station and energy information management system,we can ensure it is efficient,clean,low consumption,and studying the energy conservation and emissions reduction of the energy industry has important application value and important reference meaning.Traditional heat supply network operation relies on humanistic duty and professional heating experience,has the disadvantages of wasting resources such as gas,water and electricity,and increasing the human cost,in addition,it can’t balance the heat balance of the whole system.A small number of enterprises adopting heat supply network control system mainly focus on the realization of energy equipment monitoring and data acquisition.The control adopts distributed control,lack of energy monitoring,statistics and prediction,energy-saving optimization can’t make a decision.The system fault diagnosis,control system stable reliability is also relatively weak.This paper developed a set of thermal network monitoring system to achieve the integration of control,not only to monitor the decentralized city of the thermal sub-station of the various parameters and upload monitoring center,but also can achieve the upper and the lower automatic control.In view of the different operation conditions and different pressure flow demand of each sub-station,the expert system of small heating integrating the expert knowledge of heating in the industry is introduced to realize the automatic control of each sub-station and upload the parameters and the running status monitoring center.For the first heating station,according to the upper software energy consumption analysis,it can make the hydraulic balance of the pipe network and thermal balance.This system has run in Shandong Jining Juyuan Group under the Jining Eastern Thermal Power Plant and Sishui Shengyuan Thermal Power Plant for nearly three years.Operation results show that the use of the system,can not only greatly save labor costs,but also save the coal,water,electricity costs.At the same time,through the upper interface of monitoring,to ensure the operation of the whole system is stable,and reliable. |
