Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Monitoring System

With the rapid development of the key technologies of the modern image processing technology,computer vision,artificial intelligence and so on,intelligent video processing has gradually moved to and played a more and more important role in the field of security.Security intelligent monitoring mainly includes the detection,tracking and classification of moving target,behavior understanding and so on.The moving target detection and tracking is the key of intelligent video analysis.We are going to understand the behavior of the target and track the trajectory through the target detection,and then make computer to judge independently and take the corresponding measures according to the target behavior.In the scenic spot it is significant to use intelligent video analysis,which can help us to reduce the human cost,and strengthen supervision.Intelligent video surveillance technologies mainly contain image processing,image analysis,pattern recognition,artificial intelligence and many other research fields.The process of intelligent analysis of visual surveillance consists of five basic steps of moving target detection,classification,tracking and video analysis,where moving target detection is the foundation.Moving target detection is to separate moving objects that human are interested in from the background model.The quality of detection results plays a vital role in the objects classification,objects tracking,behavior understanding and other advanced post-processing.However,due to the dynamic changes of the background image,such as light,weather,shadows,and background interference effects,moving target detection become a very difficult task.Therefore,moving target detection under complex scene is an important research focus in intelligent video surveillance,this research which focuses on these points is expected to have important theoretical significance and practical value.The main content of this paper can be divided into the following several aspects:Firstly,this paper analyzes the role of security system in the intelligent video monitoring system in scenic areas,and expounds the application and function of intelligent video surveillance.Secondly,this paper introduces the principle of image algorithm,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and chooses different algorithms according to the actual application scenarios.Thirdly,it introduces the system structure of the monitoring system,and exercises the core algorithm in target detection tracking detail,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm.Finally,this article shows the realization of core algorithm,and makes an analysis on the test results.At the end of the paper,we can get the result for moving target detection and tracking through the analysis of shooting video.And also this paper introduces the structure and function of the monitoring system on the basis of intelligent security monitoring based on scenic spot.The scheme can not only greatly improve the security and work efficiency of scenic spot safety monitoring but also provide some significant reference to security system of other industries.
