Research And Implementation Of Telephone Conference Management System

The vertical communication from top to bottom in modern enterprise becomes more and more flat,andbusiness coverage area is also increasingly broad.Telephone conference system used in modern enterprises has become more and more frequent,conference call systemhas also become an increasingly important business for telecom operators.In order to explore new business growth point,telecom operators need make statistical analysis for business data in teleconferencing system,and form various reports to provide users with intuitive business data.At the same time,Telecom operators also have relatively high requirements for the system stability,which need the real-time monitoring of system operating conditions,and the system abnormal circumstances need to be quickly found and handled.The paper firstly analyzes the demand of telecom operators,and divides the management background into four modules:business analysis,operation and maintenance monitoring,security audit and authority control.In the second step,we make the technical selection and design based on the demand of each module.The database design is carried out according to the business analysis module,and the log specification is designed according to the operation and maintenance monitoring and security audit.In the third step,we carry out a system implementation,business analysis module carries out query analysis for business database,and write the query analysis results to the database storage layer,which is provided for the upper service to query.We using JSP + JavaBean + servlet + mysql to implemente the functions;operation and maintenance monitoring and security audit using logstash to fetch information from log files,and stored the information in ElasticSearch through the KAFKA queue;which is provided for Kibana to query.Authority management module grants different users with different authority based on rbac mode.In the fourth step,we conduct a system test,and pass through the acceptance test of the demand side.The system developed in this paper runs on a distributed system,and can make centralized management and quasi-real-time search,analysise to the mass log and data.Through the use of search,monitoring,event messaging and reporting and other easy-to-use features,R&D personnel and operations personnel can prospective monitor the on-line business,locate the reasons in time when business anomalies,and troubleshooting.In the time of program research and development,the system can help us track and analyze bug,make business trend analysis,make security and compliance audit,then further deeply dig the big data value of log data.
