In the field of satellite communications,satellite antenna is an important equipment to complete the communication work.In the alpine region,satellite antenna equipment in many ways will receive weather and climate effects,one of the most obvious is the snow on the satellite antenna transmission capacity of the serious damage.Satellite antenna snow melting system can solve the alpine region satellite antenna main area of snow frozen serious,still able to ensure the effective transmission of the signal design.Can effectively avoid the bad weather caused by the Earth Station satellite antenna main snow caused by satellite antenna communication capacity to reduce or even the occurrence of interruption.Based on the current situation of several kinds of antenna snowmaking and deinking in the field of satellite communication and the actual situation of Hohhot Earth satellite station,this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the hot melt Its advantages and practicality,the outline of the system of the equipment and the principle of the work process,but also the remote design of the device and the logic of the program also made the necessary exposition.This paper analyzes the design,composition and hardware of the thermal film satellite snowmaking system,discusses the practical application of the remote control monitoring system,and tests the practicability and functionality of the system in situ.After the actual test and use,confirmed that the system can be efficient to complete the work of satellite antenna snow removal and more intelligent,in the actual work has achieved very good practical results.
