At present,the aviation and aerospace industry is booming,with the satellite communication information costs are reduced year by year,satellite communications in international communications,and emergency communications,radio and television are widely used.Communication satellite antenna as a ground station in one of the important equipment,it works properly has become a measure of satellite communication quality of the important indicators.China's vast land,complex climate.Cold mountain or winter freezing rain,snow,ice weather,it is easy to cause communication satellite dish pot internal snow or ice,seriously affecting the quality of wireless communication network.When the snow,ice is too thick,may cause the antenna structure overload or even collapse the antenna,leading to greater losses.Therefore,it is very important to de-ice the communication satellite antenna.At this stage,a large part of the communications satellite antennas are artificial snow removal,wind,installation of heating cables,manual control equation to solve,time-consuming and inefficient,in the face of rare snow or freezing rain,not timely warning,artificial Simply cannot be arranged.This paper aims to solve this core problem,designed a set of satellite communications antenna intelligent snow melting deicing system.Through the acquisition of satellite antenna real-time status,communication satellite antenna multi-point temperature monitoring,multi-communication satellite antenna intelligent network management,alarm management and so on to design a set of networking satellite communications satellite snow melting deicing system,effective to improve the antenna users to telecommunications satellite antenna snow melting and deicing of the intelligent control and management.The research work of this paper is as follows:1)In this paper,the history and present situation of communication satellite antenna deicing and deicing system are analyzed,and the solution of snow melting and deicing system is discussed.It is found that the existing mainstream deicing and thawing system has many disadvantages such as complex installation,lack of artificial intervention,lack of intelligence,single point management dispersion,lack of centralized management and so on.The solution of intelligent antenna deicing and deicing system is proposed basedon the architecture of Internet of things.2)In this paper,based on the status quo of communication satellite antenna deicing and deicing system,the geographical location of satellite antenna is widely distributed,combined with the characteristics of the Internet of things,proposed the use of Lo Ra WAN LPWAN networking.This paper arranges the development of Internet of things,LPWAN and Lo Ra WAN,and briefly introduces several key technologies.3)In this paper,the communication satellite antenna deicing system needs analysis completed the overall system architecture design.The system consists of 2 parts: the snow control unit of the communication satellite antenna front end and the back end central monitoring platform.The front snow field control unit(FSU)using STM32 MCU as the core,and by the temperature sensor,the internal logic control,on the interface of 3 parts.Center monitoring platform software using B/S multi-layer structure design,based on JAVA technology.The system consists of authentication,site management,data acquisition,system settings,alarm management,north interface functions.4)This thesis realizes the communication satellite antenna deicing and melting system.The design and implementation of FSU and back end center monitoring platform are completed.5)Finally this paper verifies the function and performance verification of the communication satellite antenna deicing and deicing system.Verify the availability of the system.In this paper,the feasibility of communication satellite antenna deicing and deicing system is verified by the research of communication satellite antenna deicing and deicing system.The application of the system effectively solves the problem of snow icing of the communication satellite antenna,reduces the maintenance cost of the communication satellite antenna,improves the signal quality of the satellite antenna,and improves the use efficiency of the satellite antenna.
