Research On The Remote Monitoring System Of Snow Melting Agent Proportion Based On 4G Network And OPC Technology

In recent years,along with rapid development of national information technology,Communication Technology,some new technologies and equipment are introduced into industrial production.In this paper mainly study 4G network,OPC technology application in deicing automatic mixing system,and its operating system based on the PLC.Applying 4G network,OPC interface standard to complete the design of Real time monitoring interface.The work of the paper mainly includes the following aspects:The core technology of OPC and 4G network are summarized and researched.4G network architecture,4G network connection with Internet.The date structure and thread model of the OPC server are given.The achievements of the OPC server and OPC group COM objects,the detailed key codes and achieving process are given.A detailed analysis of date communications between OPC client and server and the OPC date access mode is given.Field controlling system consist of finished pool which capacity of 1,500 ?,can meet Snow melting in winter and spring in the Binhai New Area.The SIMATIC S7-200 series is chosen as control module,using density sensor,level sensor,flow sensor to achieve data acquisition.touch screen to achieve on-site human-computer interaction control.using 4G wireless communication module,achieving remote data acquisition,transmission and remote control functions.Deicing automatic mixing system to achieve remote controlling by adding GRM500 wireless communication module,using Grm Opc Server,Giant View V3.5 to complete the design of Real time monitoring interface.Research and Application of 4G Wireless Communication Technology and OPC Technology in Remote Monitoring Snow Melting Agent Proportioning System.PLC collection of snow melting agent ratio of liquid temperature,concentration and other operating data,by the data line transmission to the 4G wireless communication module,4G module will convert the data processing standard OPC interface data,Packaged and Transmitted to the OPC server through the 4G network.The configuration software of the remote monitoring terminal completes the data transmission by establishing contact with the OPC server.The control system can complete the automatic ratio of snow melt and remote monitoring.In this paper,a new remote monitoring scheme is proposed based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology and space division multiplexing technology in 4G communication technology,combined with industrial control OPC specification.
