| With the acceleration of urbanization,the urban construction of Huayin city is progressing in high speed,which leads to an explosion of urban construction archives,in consequence,the importance of urban construction archive management highlights gradually.We can find easily from present management modes and methods of Huayin City Construction Archives that the procedure of collecting,classifying,information statistics,consulting,management is complex and none is dispensable,while current manual work and management not only couldn't satisfy the requirement of present work,but also restraints the progressing of urban construction severely.In conclusion,the building of urban construction archive general information management system has become the active demand of archive management workers and also the necessary manner for city management perfection.Aiming at the management requirement and existing problems of Huayin urban construction archive,this paper makes a description of the designation a nd completion of the general information management system in six chapters.In preface,it combines with the working practice of Huayin urban construction archive to make a detailed account of the project background and research significance,then makes an analysis of research status of both domestic and international urban construction archive management,and also an introduction of the relative technology for system development,including system running models and development environment and technologies.Then analyses the functional and non-functional requirement of the system,combines with the working practice of Huayin Urban Construction Archives to make a detailed analysis of the functional requirement of the system,mainly including six modules,namely,archive management,business management,office automation,administration affairs management,staff information management,system management,function of all modules is analysed in details.In the chapter of the designation and completion of the system,it explains the framework and data design of the system,mainly instructs how to design and complete the six modules.Then tests the system strictly according to the function required by software,and contracts the expected result with the test result to verify that the test is successful and completes the management system of Huayin Urban Construction Archives.Finally,the paper concludes the experiences and deficiencies during the whole project,which makes a good foundation for future software development.The realization of the urban construction archive general information management system could promotes the standardization management of the work staffs in Huayin Urban Construction Archives,improves the management procedure of urban construction projects,makes the management work more clear and simple,plays an important role in raising the work efficiency,strengthening the utilization of archives,and realizing the efficiency of government affairs.Now the urban construction archive general information management system has been coming into use,according to the work staffs in the Archives,this system could satisfy the basic requirements of daily work,it's clear and easy to handle,no matter in archive management,project management or office automation etc. |
