Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automation System

With the rise of China’s information industry and many small and medium-sized enterprises,information management has become an important part of enterprise management.The enterprises working on informatization management basis has been a widespread concern.With the continuous expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises,the difficulty of managing daily office content increases,new problems continue to emerge.This paper is based on the real estate enterprises’ comprehensive utilization in the enterprise information management concept and method in information management system,to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management,strengthen fine management objective.In this paper,according to the actual business needs of real estate enterprises and the needs of enterprise managers to make decisions based on the analysis,a.NET based office automation system is design and developed.The system uses.NET technology,MVC framework,the B/S architecture,the client browser and server using HTTP protocol for data interaction.Background database uses Microsoft SQL Server2005 database system in order to improve the query speed of the database and construct the database index.According to the sensitivity of the enterprise information,resources require for the integrity and strict security of the data,logic structure according to the physical architecture of the system and the system of safety design of hardware with software reinforcement way,using the audit data security policy data security and data integrity of database the protection of data,to ensure data while significantly saving development funds and the cost of maintenance and testing of the system,the system’s functional requirements and non functional requirements has been well validated.According to the real estate business,the business process and functional requirements are analyzed,and the overall framework of the system is designed.The system realizes the electronic bulletin,issued a notice to the employees of the enterprise in the bulletin board;personal center,provides personal information for employees to view and edit channels;agenda item management,helps enterprise managers control the actual situation of the enterprise and provide decision support for management;document management makes internal control and source of the task to convey the higher spirit of enterprise human resource management;and provide effective management means for the enterprise human resources department;management of office supplies,keep a record to enhance the safety of enterprise property.At present,the office automation system has been put into actual production work,the implementation of the system to facilitate the property management of enterprises,improve the management efficiency of the enterprise,and realize the informatization of scientific enterprise management.It has good responses from the enterprise managers.
