| The future development trend of manufacturing industry is intelligent manufacturing,and lighthouse Factory is the pioneer and practitioner of intelligent manufacturing.In lighthouse factory,intelligent storage is an important part of its construction,which is very important to realize intelligent manufacturing.Due to the characteristics of multi-system integration and uncertainty,intelligent warehouse construction projects are prone to the problem of schedule delay in the construction process.Therefore,how to effectively promote the schedule management of intelligent warehousing projects and ensure the smooth implementation of such projects is an important problem to be urgently solved in the process of promoting the transformation of intelligent manufacturing in Lighthouse Factory.As a "manufacturing giant",F company has been successfully selected by the World Economic Forum and is the representative of lighthouse Factory.It is advanced and representative in the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.At present,F company’s intelligent warehouse construction project is in its initial stage,and it is urgent to ensure the smooth progress of the project through effective schedule management.Therefore,this paper takes the D06 intelligent warehousing project of F Company as an example to study its progress management.By sorting out the status quo,finding problems and causes,it finally gives an optimization plan to improve the progress management of such projects.Firstly,the progress delay of D06 intelligent storage project construction is sorted out.Then,the fishbone diagram and interview method are used to find out the main problems in the project schedule management,such as unclear division of labor,equipment supply delay,staff turnover,poor communication,design changes,monitoring is not in place.On this basis,5Why analysis method is used to trace the root of the problem,and the root causes of the above problems are found to be unscientific development of the project schedule,unreasonable project organization structure and inadequate project supervision and control.Finally,the optimization scheme of improving project schedule management and reducing delayed delivery is presented from three aspects: namely,the process of making project schedule is optimized by "WBS decomposition project-time limit estimation-determining critical path-setting buffer period with the help of critical chain technology";Optimize the organizational structure of the project by straightening out the relationship between all parties involved;By improving the way of project progress tracking and supervision,improving the efficiency of the project progress meeting,improving the division of responsibility for abnormal handling and the measures for correcting the progress deviation,the supervision and control of the project should be optimized;And from the aspects of high-level attention,system,personnel,technology,equipment supply,put forward measures to ensure the implementation of the scheme.This paper tries to combine the project schedule management and other related technical methods with the actual construction projects of intelligent warehousing to seek effective solutions to improve the schedule management of such projects.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the effective promotion of similar intelligent warehousing construction projects of F Company,and improve the efficiency of schedule management on the premise of ensuring project construction quality.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for the schedule management of similar projects in other manufacturing enterprises. |
