A Study Of Information Intelligent Service Mode Based On The Construction Of Smart City

In recent years,building smart city has been a booming process in a global scale,becoming a new concept and practice of development at this age around the world;numerous countries list this development as one of their national strategies.Following the rise of this concept,smart community has also been putting forward,as an extension,heritage and development.At present,building smart city and community has started in our country with a large scale.The core value of smart city is a process of providing intelligent information services that is an approach to achieve intellectualization by collecting,processing,analyzing and utilizing information.The connotation of smart city is revealed in the progress of information intellectualization.The study of smart city is already well established,while there is still no systematical investigation of models of intelligent information service in its establishing process.Therefore,in this thesis we aim to propose a relatively rational model of intelligent information services of smart city as a referential solution to make information more intelligent for solving problems.In this thesis,we summarized the current problems in establishing information service of smart city via reviewing literature in fields of information technology and city development,information’ techniques in smart cities,and information intellectualization;combing with theories of information resource management,knowledge management,society informatization,information transformation and smart city;with reinforcement of supporting techniques of smart city intelligent information service as well as on the basis of comparative analyses of a series developments,including information infrastructures,intelligent management systems,and public service systems,for smart city in four cities as Nanjing,Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.Later on,we analyzed the basis of building intelligent service models in smart city;based on this,we investigated the key elements of intelligent information services in smart city and finally proposed a service model.There are seven sub-modules in this model:target framework module,system framework module,information framework module,institutional assurance module,technical support module,talent support module and intelligent feedback module.There are six chapters in this thesis.The first chapter outlines research background and aims,literature review,research objectives and contents,research design and methodology;the second chapter includes main discussions of theoretical principles of information resource management,knowledge management,society informatization,information transformation and smart city;the third chapter is a study of current development of information services in smart city via current status investigation,comparative analysis and question discussion;the fourth chapter is a study of key elements of intelligent information services and their modules;the fifth chapter is a case study to analyze and evaluate the development of intelligent information services of smart city at Ningbo;the sixth chapter is a conclusive and prospective remark,also figuring out the innovative points and drawbacks.Theoretically,the proposal of an intelligent information service model,on the one side,is beneficial for enriching the theoretical system of building smart city;on the other side,it facilitates elevations of the depth and broadness of smart city establishment.In the same time,it fulfils demands of efficient intelligent information services during the development of smart city.Practically,the proposal of an intelligent information service model not only provides a referential,effective and practical solution for information intellectualization in smart city development,but also,drives structural upgrades of industry,new form of agriculture,elevation of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry.It will help to improve capability and productivity of traditional industries,to optimize economical structures for reaching new points of social resource distribution,industrial innovation,high-tech innovation,cooperating and management innovations,and new economical growing points.Utilizing the driving effects of smart projects in innovative development strategies would help to reach city’s innovative development,facilitate the free movement of information,production elements and knowledge in cities.Hence,this would ensure the cities to catch strategic development opportunities and advantageous positions in a new generation of competitions.
