Research On The Construction Of Smart Library Value Chai

Relying on emerging science and technology,intelligent library ensures users to obtain required knowledge efficiently through effective integration and utilization of information resources,and has become an important part of intelligent society service system.The smart library has become an important part of the intelligent society service system by effectively integrating information resources and ensuring that users can obtain the required knowledge efficiently.The value chain is a set of activities that are performed in order to ultimately provide a valuable product(good or service)to the users.The value chain of smart library relies on the service process of smart library,which is constructed in the process of serving users.With the goal of providing users with all-round smart services,it is conducive to supply various service of smart library,innovating smart service contents,following the current development trend,striving for development opportunities,and enhancing the value of smart library.This paper takes the value chain construction of smart library as the studying topic,and explains the concept system of value chain,smart library and smart library value chain respectively.The theoretical basis of studying on value chain construction of social cognition theory,value co-creation theory and smart service theory is discussed systematically.The necessity and feasibility of building the value chain of smart library are analyzed.The essential elements for the value chain construction of smart library are discussed from the dimensions of infrastructure,service strategy,participants and key activity links.On the above basis,the value chain construction mechanism of smart library is proposed,which includes the object resource-driving mechanism,the subject resource construction mechanism and the service coordination mechanism.This paper reveals the dilemma of the value chain construction of smart library from the aspects of information security risk,lack of perceived value of users,lack of subjectivity of smart librarians,and puts forward corresponding count-measures,avoiding information security risks by using legal and technical means,carrying out smart literacy education of users,and emphasizing people-oriented service strategy.
