| The recorder consists of a high-speed data recorder and accordance ground unit testing device.The recorder is a dedicated testing device for the fuze rail ground simulation test.The device is used to collect the telemetry signals and real-time SNR data of the fuze output in the slide track test.The researchers evaluate the data performance after regenerated the data transferred by the recorder.Based on the analysis of solid-state storage technology,this thesis has developed a recording device dedicated to the slide test according to the task development requirements and the design principles of the storage test system.The equipment can meet the needs of the slide test ground closed-loop self-test.For the functional requirements of the system’s long-distance communication,the ground unit testing device is divided into two devices,the near-end and the far-end,and the optical fiber is selected as the data transmission medium.Meanwhile,the 8b/10 b encoding is used in the data transmission to improve its reliability.In order to make the system test convenient and accurate,the communication protocol between the test devices was designed and the format of the instruction data transmission was appointed.To meet the need for long-term readouts of the system,Serial LVDS data is transmitted within the FPGA using the SelectIO interface technology.As the core unit of the system,the data recorder is designed high reliability and modularization,and descripted from the view of hardware design and software logicality.The hardware consists of FPGA center controller,power supply module,AD conversion module,SNR data interface module,data storage module,start signal receiver module.FPGA logic design takes the data stream obtained by sampling as the main line,and analyzes in detail the process of data acquisition,decoding,framing,buffering,and storage.The ground unit testing device is used as the recorder matching equipment,which can be used to the generation of signal source data during the recorder closed-loop test and the internal reading module can receive the recorder data.Considering the device highly similar to the logic circuit of the recorder,this article mainly analyzes the device from the Ethernet interface module selected by the ground test device and host computer communication.Meanwhile,this thesis explains the hardware design of the Ethernet interface circuit and the communication process of the UDP protocol,and at last the reliability of the transmitted instruction data is discussed.Finally,the thesis presents the test technology and analyzes the results.The results indicated that this system can meet the requirements and the performance is stable and reliable. |
