| At present,the information transmission is more efficient by the development of mobile communication,which affects the user’s behavior.China’s mobile network in 2G / 3G / 4G multi-network coverage mode,and in order to satisfy the renewal of the communication system,the mobile terminal still needs to be backward compatible with the mature communication network.It can provide stable communication service to the customers by using the characteristics of wide coverage and mature technology.However,people also face with severe information security issues when they enjoy the convenience of mobile communication services,especially in the security,justice,confidentiality and other fields are very concerned about the safe use of mobile phones.The traditional mobile phone signal jammers,access control detection system and other means have a single function when they are working,just blocking the signal source for all end-user.However,for sensitive situations,it is a practical problem to provide communication services for privileged users in sensitive situations while ensuring the security of information security.The control system is a powerful mobile terminal of management and protection equipment.It can through the control of the standard communication protocol signaling layer makes the terminal down to 2G network to accept the correspond communication services.The use of 2G network which has a not perfect security mechanism to complete a certain range of mobile terminal communication behavior for accurate gating and blocking management.The voice service management platform is part of the application layer function module of the wireless control system.It completes the management of the end-user voice service and the real-time processing operation of the voice data in the control system,so as to ensure the security of information and the requirements of the user’s voice service.This paper starts from the specific functional and business needs,and on the basis of the hardware and software of the control system,the application layer function of the control system is extended.The main contents are as follows:1.According to demand,we choose the Enhanced Variable Rate(EVRC)Speech Compression Coding Algorithm which has been widely used in CDMA Networks and Regular Pulse Incentive-Long Term Prediction(RPE-LTP)Speech Coding Algorithm which has been widely used in GSM network to analyze.Through the research on the two algorithms and literature,described the principle of codec respectively and combined with the characteristics of project needs to complete the definition and design of codec processing interface.2.Completed the design of function on voice service management platform.According to the workflow and function of the control system,the demand management and the non-functional requirements of the voice service management platform are described respectively.Combined with the overall design of the system architecture,the use of modularization to complete the user management,authority management,call processing,monitoring,demolition and recording storage module and other specific functional design.Based on the requirement of real-time system,the multi-level data buffer queue is proposed to improve the speed of voice data processing and reduce the delay.3.The implementation scheme of each function module in voice service management platform is described in detail.Then,the specific treatment process is analyzed respectively,and combined with the principle of speech coding,the signal sampling quantization coding and the decoding of the received data are described in detail.Through the definition of the data conversion interface,the influence of different storage format in the cross-platform is solved.Finally,the test work is finished after realizing the functional modules. |
