With the continuous development of modern science and technology, people gradually shifted their focus from the land to the sea for resource development and protection, accelerating the development of the OIo T.The technology of oceanic internet of things began to act on the exploration of marine resources. The localization technology has become the key to exploration of marine resources. In particular, information acquisition, sensing and observation are all inseparable from positioning technology.OIoT positioning has become the primary technology for acquiring information data from other marine technologies. Therefore,it is far-reaching and urgent for the research of marine internet of things positioning algorithm. In the existing localization technology of OIoT,the localization process needs to use beacon nodes with known location information to assist locating the unlocalized node, the beacon node is difficult to be deployed accurately and has a high cost, meanwhile, the localized node moves along with ocean currents,Which have increased the difficulty of OIoT positioning, thus they limit the development of positioning technology. In order to solve the above problems,we propose a novel Multi-source Localization algorithm and Restricted Floating Localization algorithm(RFL),the former algorithm includes Multi-source Static Localization algorithm(MSL)and Multi-source Dynamic Localization algorithm(MDL).It takes accurate localized ships, buoys, buildings, etc.as beacon nodes to assist localization. The unlocalized underwater nodes communicate with these beacon nodes to compute their positions. In addition, the algorithm locates nodes in both static and dynamic marine environments, and no other auxiliary nodes are needed during the positioning process.Firstly,RFL uses the location information of mobile beacons to combine the limited movement rules of underwater nodes derives the location of the anchor through theoretical analysis. With the location of the anchor, the range anddeployment interval of the beacon node can be determined. Then, the location information of the anchor is used to assist the unlocalized node location. The above algorithm utilizes the characteristics of multi-source and restricted floating of OIo T,and solves the difficult problems of beacons deployment. They are easy to implement, and have strong practicability. In the process of positioning algorithm research,we use matlab software to simulate the above two algorithms. The simulation results show that the above algorithms are better than the existing localization algorithms in different marine environments though the absence of auxiliary nodes. Thus they have good stability and practicality.
