It is the primary concern of aviation maintenance enterprises to reduce maintenance costs,improve work efficiency and ensure maintenance quality and make the aircraft safe to fly.Because of the complexity of the aircraft system structure and the unreasonableness of the maintenance task allocation,it is very likely that the maintenance efficiency is low and the maintenance quality is not guaranteed.This is a difficult problem for the current aviation maintenance enterprises.In order to solve these problems,based on summarizing the research status of domestic and foreign maintenance management systems,and combining knowledge of enterprise management and computer technology,this paper firstly analyzed the requirements of the platform,and studied the key technologies needed to build the platform,such as UML modeling techniques and database access techniques.Thirdly,it was designed of the overall framework of the maintenance management platform,mainly from the platform design ideas,architecture,functional modules and databases and so on.Then the intelligence of the platform was studied,mainly from the aspects of maintenance task decomposition distribution and maintenance quality control.The task decomposition method based on task tree was studied.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize it and a task assignment model was established.At the same time,the task allocation method based on ant colony algorithm was studied and the task was distributed intelligently.In this paper,the maintenance quality control flow was proposed,the control link was analyzed,and the control elements of the maintenance quality were determined.The analytic hierarchy process was used.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the maintenance quality of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,a warning setting method was proposed to realize the intelligent control of the maintenance quality.Finally,the platform framework was implemented.
