| With the development of information technology,web service technology is developing rapidly and becoming more and more mature.It can be said that the computer has changed the historical process of human,the Internet changed the history of computer,and the web service has changed the process of Internet application.Web service can be used flexibly to realize interoperation between different platforms,which can greatly promote the integrity of data.The system based on web services can realize efficient and standardized operation management,which is of great significance to enterprise management.The personnel management system is very important for the local taxation bureau,and it is also an important tool to help managers improve their work efficiency and achieve efficient management.To adapt to the increasing requirements of local taxation bureau personnel management,change the manual and standalone management at present,promote the personnel management become standard and efficient,provide decision makers comprehensive human resources information.The tax bureau personnel management system based on web service,used VS2010 integrated development environment for development,and stored data information with SQL2008 database management system.The system adopts B/S mode,users does not need to install the client application programme,and achieve information through the browser in the case of Internet access.The developer will code and use the system on server-side to ensure the efficient and convenient use of the customer,and the system is also easier to maintain.The browser uses web server to exchange data with the database,that will form a three-tier architecture consisting of a browser,a web server,and a database,which is easy to develop and manage.For different users,this system has designed three kinds of roles: administrators,department heads and staff members.The administrator and leaders access into the system according to their permission.The system will jump to different pages based on current permissions.Administrators have all permissions of the system,the leader has most of the authority,and can approve leave and overtime work.Ordinary employees can only operated within the limits of themselves,they have no permissions to approve and delete data.It will implement data validation before entering the system and inputdata.If the data validation is unsuccessful,it cannot log in or perform related operations.We can realize adding and managing staff position,department,education,leave,attendance,work overtime,salary,on business in the personnel management system.This paper describes design background and significance of the local taxation bureau personnel management system,and the major related theory and technology of development.The paper focus on design flow,function module,logical relation of the system,and describe the landing system,the department information management,employee information management,salary information management,attendance and leave management in detail.The characteristics of this system is to combine some financial and attendance work,make the personnel management more simple and detailed.Finally,we carried on a simple test of the system,and design the related test cases,then we have a review and summary of the entire development process at the end of the paper. |
