Along with the intensely competition, all the corporations have to face the hugechallenge. On the hand, corporations have to deal with the stress from outside. On the otherhand, they have to satisfy their customer's short delivery time, high quality, low price andgreat after-service and so on. There are too many kinds of product with complicated structureand fast updating, plan and management of the manufacture are becoming more and moredifficult. The ways of cooperation between companies and suppliers and the way ofcommunication between company and customers are all turning to “collaborative commerce”.Using informationalization to upgrade the management level can lead to success. ERPmanagement software are played leading role in the enterprise informationization strategy,ERP stand for the most advanced management thinking and information technology. Soimplementing ERP is the most important way to upgrade the management level.However the success rate of ERP implementation is low in the process of enterpriseinformatization, especially for the company who chose the product-finished ERP system.Many reasons lead this phenomenon, the most important one is that ERP do not integrate withthe process. The ERP system which is provided by software supplier is based on the advancedmanagement thinking and it contains the first-rank flow in business process.ERP won't haveeffect if the business process did not match the ERP process, and even lead to failure. Toimplement product-finished ERP successfully, company have to do BPM in the ERPimplementation. Optimize the process of the enterprise by BPM, and change the ERP systemby secondary development to improve the success rate of ERP implementation.Therefore, this paper figures out an product-finished ERP implementation method basedon BPM. At first, it has to do some research and analysis on corporation business process andthe supply of ERP software market. Then choose the suitable ERP software and optimize thebusiness process which makes it become the process contained in ERP software. It will makethe ERP implementation carry through successfully.At begin of this paper, we introduces the theory about ERP and BPM; Analyze the keyfactors which influence the company popularize the ERP system; Discuss the relationshipbetween ERP and BPM; Come up with the strategy and method for generalized ERPimplementation; Analyze the two different situations which company selected; At last, wedescribe two kind of ERP implementation methods, bring out a particular ERP implementation processes based on BPM, and also give the contents of ERP systemimplementation's evaluation and the improvement measures.
