With the rapid development of Chinese e-commerce, e-commerce ecosystemgradually formed. In this vast system, environmental changes directly affect thebusiness activities and strategic development of the internal enterprise. Currently,e-commerce companies have realized this situation. Many Enterprisesand institutions consciously follow the ecological perspective in e-commerceecosystem, who hopes to make reasonable decisions. The subject of this study isabout the evaluation of environmental situation in e-commerce ecosystem; thepurpose is to do a favor with companies to judge their own ecologicalenvironment and conditions.According to the e-commerce ecosystem's complex characteristics, thisresearch put the information fusion technology into e-commerce ecosystem withthe advanced technology. Through learning information fusion application cases,we try to assess the subject environment in e-commerce ecosystem. It includesthree aspects: First, find information fusion sensor in this system for collectingand transmitting information; next, choose D-S evidence theory as the fusionalgorithm; finally, put the environmental adaptation model into model library.The whole things get together to estimate state of own environment. This methodcan provide the ecological environment status and its strategy for e-commerceenterprise in e-commerce ecosystem. Companies can adjust their strategiesaccording to environmental changes, and take itself and its system ultimately intolong-term healthy development.It takes case studying to achieve the application of integration model. Itcontains the analysis of government policies, user attitudes, competitive intensity,venture capital, profitability. This five aspects' information determines theenterprise state of the environment. In the case study, the forecast for Jingdong isalmost risk-based environment, and the Dangdang is weak opportunistic. At theback, it takes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to do the comparative analysis.The evaluation results of information fusion and fuzzy comprehensive areconsistent. It can preliminary explain that this method is feasible and reasonable.
