In the county land resources management information system, Guzhen county land management space and a membership function analysis model and hierarchical model are built.Evaluating by using analytic hierarchy process, using ArcGIS9.0 and MapGIS7.0 software as GIS spatial data processing tools, processing attribute data in application software Excel, Access data in statistics; in the current land use map for the evaluation unit, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the factor's membership degree, and then using the AHP to determine the weight of evaluation factor value, and then calculating the Comprehensive index of soil fertility of cultivated land with the way of addition,and the method is dividing soil fertility into levels by the curve method of the cumulative frequency, eventually Guzhen county land is divided into 4 grades, and generate the evaluation of cultivated land productivity grade map, wheat suitability evaluation result map, all kinds of soil nutrient map etc..The productivity evaluation results of the application in practical production, find out the cultivated land fertility and environmental quality in Guzhen county region and the different types of cultivated land soil fertility evolution and reasons for changes, guide the wheat planting structure adjustment, the soil nutrient status, build the basis for establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of formula fertilization by soil testing and enhance the quality of cultivated land. At the same, it is very meaningful to accurately grasp the production capacity of cultivated land suit one's measures to local conditions, strengthen the quality of cultivated land, guide the agricultural planting structure adjustment scientific and reasonable fertilization, and ensure food security in the future.
