Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises as entities involved, if enterprises want to further expand its market share, maintain the competitive power of enterprises, credit has become the most direct form and measure of convenient, at the same time it is the credit risk credit pin cannot be avoided. At present, most Chinese enterprise for the customer's choice of the lack of risk awareness,the formation of receivables not to take the necessary administrative means, inter enterprise arrears serious phenomenon of each other. Because the enterprise itself has not formed a relatively perfect system of credit management, the enterprise accounts receivable bad debt situation more and more. Therefore, the accounts receivable management as the goal, the establishment of credit management system, improve the level of credit risk prevention, promote business continuity requirements, also is the enterprise survival and development key link.In this paper, taking TY Company as the research object, combined with the domestic and foreign research from TY company accounts receivable aging, scale, customer characteristics, the causes were analyzed, on the basis of the analysis, combined with the actual situation of accounts receivable management related theory and TY company, explore the method to improve the problems. In the first two parts introduced in this paper selected topic basis and research significance, accounts receivable management basic theory. Then, taking TY company as an example, analysis of accounts receivable management status, problems and causes. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasure based on the analysis of the reasons. Finally, summarize the conclusion.
